Tokyo stocks opened lower Monday, with investors moving to lock in profits after the Nikkei hit a fresh 30-year high and following losses on Wall Street late last week. In the first 15 minutes of trading, the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average dropped 326.52 points, or 1.14 percent, from Friday to 28,192.66. The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was down 13.10 points, or 0.71 percent, at 1,843.51.
