CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Cabarrus County Republican Party says it has gone dark on social media as part of a protest against the «heavy-handed moderation practices» of Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. Party leaders announced the blackout Saturday and said it will be in place for 30 days.
