India will begin its Covid-19 vaccine roll out from January 16, beginning with an estimated 30 million health and front-line workers, the government announced on Saturday. The next in line would be around 270 million people above 50 years of age and those below 50 with co-morbidities, a federal Health Ministry statement said.
