Much-loved patisserie Pophams has recently introduced an impressive pasta menu at its Hackney branch in the evenings, an extension of the pasta-based supper clubs head baker Phil King runs from his home. We visited the restaurant to find out how to make some of the most exciting and inventive pasta around – the delicious hand-made taleggio cappelletti with macerated grapes and hazelnuts.
