Military divers were being sent to the Java Sea Sunday as a search for a passenger jet that lost contact and presumedly crashed minutes after take-off from the Indonesian capital entered a second day, the military said. Search teams scoured waters off the coast of Jakarta after the Sriwijaya Air plane with 62 people on board went missing on Saturday afternoon. «It is strongly suspected that the plane is in the same coordinate as that given based on its last contact,» armed forces chief Air Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto told reporters. «We are sending divers from the Frogmen Command Centre,» he said. …
