At least 18 people were killed and more than 30 wounded in Myanmar as police and military cracked down on anti-coup protesters in the country on Sunday, the UN Human Rights Office said. It was the bloodiest day yet in the South-East Asian country since a military coup on February 1 drove people into the streets demanding the return of the civilian government.
